My absolute favorite part of the day was seeing Christina’s reaction to her wedding guests. After walking down the aisle, she looked out for a long time at everyone gathered, and her face had so much love in it!
Some couples worry that having a “first look” before the ceremony will make their walk down the aisle feel less special, but seeing all of your friends and family gathered in one place is overwhelmingly amazing. Christina’s face reminded me of the way I felt walking down and seeing everyone at our wedding. It was like love overload! In a day that flew by in a blur, that’s one of the moments that stuck, and watching her experience that, I was almost crying along with her.
Of course, it was doubly emotional for Christina and Nick, who hadn’t seen their friends and family in so long because…2020. They re-arranged so much and worked so hard to have their wedding; I’m so glad it turned out to be a beautiful day!
Christina and Nick, thank you for choosing us to capture it!
